"The host is an awesome communicator and responded within an hour for most messages. Coldest weekend of the year ( -35) so we were no able to use the hot tub due to safety reasons, totally understandable. Furnace quit working one night and Andy was immediately on the phone with an HVAC place, it was fixed within a few hours. The fireplace was a life saver. Absolutely beautiful home with everything you need. Master bed was very comfortable and all other rooms also comforted. Upstairs game table was a lot of fun also. A lot of room and everything we needed to cook. I would definitely stay here again. Very close to town and highly recommend the Frontier for excellent food! 5 star stay in my book! "

They were fast, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. When a blizzard rolled in and created a weather emergency, they were understanding, flexible, and genuinely caring about our safety and comfort.
