Family time

Another great getaway weekend for us. We enjoyed this property again for a family getaway. Spacious, clean, and an over all great property. Our family of 5 looks forward to staying here each time we visit the area.

Family Fun

Well appointed home. Nice open floor plan for family. Needs some TLC. Also rugs need shampooing and floors mopping. Wonderful place for families and plenty fun for children.

We loved the house! It was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for people, car and golf cart watching! The beach was so quiet and clean. The only issue we had was the shower drain in the master suite drained very slow. Would definitely consider visiting again! It had everything that you needed.

It provided the space we needed and was within walking distance to the private beach and Paradise Grill. The home also came with a golf cart to use. The property was clean and stocked pretty well with kitchen items. Overall, our family enjoyed our long weekend stay and would consider this property again in the future.

Perfect Location but lacked Internet

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was spotless upon arrival and we were able to check in early. The location was perfect - close to the beach and paradise grill. Enjoyed morning coffee on the porch. With 3 children and the World Cup, we immediately noticed the internet was not working and did all the normal triage - reset the router etc. Contacted property management to let them know. We even called Verizon who triaged and told us there was a hardware problem and a technician would need to come out. The IT person for Pot Nets came out and arrive at the same conclusion and called Verizon who couldn’t come out until the next day. So we didn’t have internet for majority of our stay which was rough for the kids (and adults too). I wish they would have reacted quicker and/or believed us when we said we already triaged and it was a hardware problem and needed Verizon to come out and fix the issue.

I had a few questions after and her responsiveness was excellent. The location was close to everything. We could walk to the beach, live entertainment, and food. With the golf cart it made it even easier. We met permanent residence that were extremely friendly and even showed us around the property. We will look forward to booking here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental was beautiful. We rented this out as we were getting married and wanted to spend a week down prior to our wedding. The furniture and amenities were great. We checked in Sunday night and it was nice and calm. Thursday night we heard they had an orange crush contest at paradise and it was load! We had 3 kids under 6 with us and it sounded like the people outside were in the house. This continued Friday and Saturday. Overall the stay was great the only thing I did not enjoy was the noise from the people leaving and how fast they were driving.

Wonderful place to vacation, Debbie Wilhelm was wonderful to work with, and so much help. The house was beautifully decorated and open spaced. The price was affordable. if I had one complaint it would be the quality/comfort of the sofa/loveseat and the mattress in master bedroom, they should be replaced. We hope to return next year.

Overall our stay was very pleasant. Great location for a family vacation as there are many things for all age groups. Do bring spices you want/need for cooking as there are none in the property (including salt and pepper!). The golf cart was a hit with the grandkids and adults and very convenient to get to the pools, etc.

Would definitely go back . Everything was clean & well kept The places, was beautiful. . Three bathrooms four bedrooms you can’t go wrong big enough for the whole family. . Unfortunately we were here in November so we couldn’t use the pool or beach . It was definitely a 10 looking forward to coming back in the summer

Great Family Vacay!

We had the best time! This house was perfect. Great size, comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen and beautiful porch. Perfect location right next to Paradise and the bay beach (short walk or golf cart ride) and about 30mins from Rehoboth boardwalk. We hope to be back !

Spring break

Short spring break get away. Property is a little further from the beach but nice. Small issues like broken trash can and tub that wouldn’t hold water, however I think boat owners would like this property.
