Fantastic Home, Excellent Experience

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great experience. The house was in wonderful condition, great location, spacious (larger than anticipated), expertly furnished - and the available golf cart was cool amenity that our grandkids really enjoyed (riding, not driving!).Only minor suggestion would be to add a few hooks or towel rack in the bathrooms, and a wall mirror in the bedrooms would be helpful as well (especially for the women I was told). Management was excellent to work with, Kept us well informed and provided key information on the rental home and the area well in advance of our stay, and even processed a requested pet fee refund very promptly once it was decided my daughter would not be bringing her small dog. Much appreciated! Would definitely stay again should the need arise to be in the area, which was close to my mother's home in nearby Lewes as the entire family celebrated her 95th birthday!!

Bedrooms were spacious. Loved the golf cart. Having 4 bathrooms was helpful. The house had great light, host accommodated our needs for Thanksgiving meal by providing kitchen things we needed. Smart tvs in main room and master bedroom were nice. We liked being able to pull big table apart to play games.

Loved it!

We came here to celebrate my mom‘s 90th birthday. We all were really thrilled with the home. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the amenities it had to offer.We really had a great time listening to the live music at Paradise and hot dog eating contest, hilarious. Home had everything we needed (didn’t love I had to make my bed). Debbie was great in recommending restaurants and questions in general. Definitely going back!Golf cart, excellent bonus!!!

Plenty of space for multi family beach trip. House was lacking some basic amenities in the kitchen. House was clean but having to make all the beds was something we did not realize when we booked the property. You cannot beat the location if you are looking for something with a “beach” but away from the main crowds. We had multiple toddlers so we did not want the open ocean so having the bay to swim in was perfect as the water was calm and there was nothing to worry about.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately there were issues with the rental. Upon arrival a kitchen cabinet door was hanging off. A large piece of drywall and the framework around it fell into a closet which was in use. The air conditioner was so loud it was like sitting on an airport tarmac next to a jet ready for take off. Was told to replace used linens in a bag which was to be supplied, everything left was in shrink wrap, no bag left. Can’t be replaced back in the shrink wrap. And piles of dust left under the beds. Was disappointed considering the amount I paid for the rental. I am not one to be negative but things added up .
