This home is a short walk to the many amenities on the property. The athletic club on the premises is a short walk from the home through the picturesque golf course. The athletic club includes three pools (wave, adult infinity and indoor pools), a fantastic restaurant, sanded volleyball court, miniature golf course, fully equipped fitness gym, sauna, and lockers. Lighted basketball, tennis and pickle ball courts are on the way to the athletic club. The Peninsula golf club accompanies the top ranked Jack Nicholas designed golf course, snack bar, and the phenomenal club restaurant. The golf club and some of the premises hiking trails are all across the street from the athletic club. The Peninsula’s bay beach, with kayaks available for rent, is just another 5 or so minute walk past the golf club and nearby hiking trails. The property also includes a nature facility with a fishing pier, and many walking/jogging trails throughout.
The first floor of the home has a queen bed suite with a full bath and sitting area off of the bedroom. The sitting room has a queen size pull-out couch and 65-inch large screen tv hanging over a fire place. A small furnished patio, with a grill, is off the sitting room. The patio is perfect to enjoy a cigar, to get some time alone or read a book. This first floor is the perfect location for a small family or a couple in the group that wants their full privacy.
The second floor has an open floor plan with large well-equipped kitchen opened to a dining area and family room with a fireplace. There is also a screened in porch, powder room and a second family room on this floor. The furnished screened in porch is off of the open area and has a view of a small pond. The porch allows you to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a soothing glass of wine in the evening, even with a full house. The second floor is perfect entertaining area, where the two separate family rooms each have their own 65-inch large screen TV. The large family room opened to the kitchen allows the whole group/family to relax and enjoy a movie, show or sporting event together. Yet, the three large screen TVs in the sitting room and family rooms on the first and second floors allow three completely diverse shows/movies/events to be watched at the same time without interfering with the others.

If you want to venture from The Peninsula and its Millsboro area businesses, a number of the beaches, including Rehoboth and Lewes, with additional wonderful shops and restaurants, are both less than 15 miles from the home. The owners provide a Rehoboth Beach parking pass for renters to use. The time at this home will be a dream beach vacation, with many fun activities to enjoy, fantastic restaurants on site or nearby, and various beaches and pools to relax by.
