"Very clean, staff were great, nice shopping complex just 10 mins walk away, with everything you could possibly eat. Very nice room- almost everything you would need, just a couple of pointers first the HDMI port on the tv is hardly accessible, you have to have the smallest hand to squeeze in the back of the tv - maybe the hotel can fit an extension cable for ease of use? A lot of people use their own tv box/stick/usb player now, so this would make things a lot easier. Second thing (staying on the same theme) no socket near the tv, meaning you need an extension lead All in all, a nice place to stay "

"Hotel was very modern, with high end decor and fittings, furniture. Gorgeous leather seating / chairs. Staff very friendly. Car park underground is nice and secure. Spaces are quite narrow. Although it is quite close to the old town so makes this very conveniently located. The major downfall we experienced having a 3rd floor room overlooking the road outside was on the Saturday night we had an awful night with limited sleep due to excessive loud music from nearby bars until gone 5am! In addition there were lots of drivers racing up the road, revving loudly, beeping horns, driving badly, showing off well into the night. We complained to reception but there is nothing they can do. They just said this is what happens at the weekend, with no rules in Poland on loud music. We were not offered an alternative room or other solution as such I could not recommend this hotel for this reason alone. The breakfast was ok but nowhere near as good as others we have experienced on our holiday. Service was haphazard. To order from the menu you wait ages for the food to arrive. The food was not worth the wait. I requested sourdough bread eggs Benedict. (I actually pointed to the bread I wanted for dietary reason's). Another bread entirely came (like cardboard). The Hollandaise sauce was gloppy & cold, the egg was hard boiled… total disaster! Choice on buffet was very basic and lacklustre. A real disappointment plus no English breakfast tea at all. We wished we’d not paid for breakfast."

"The apartment was well equipped, with everything needed. It was very quiet, and great gor a good nights sleep. Located in a convenient location I felt safe, both day and night, particularly as a lone traveller.The management were helpful and answered my questions promptly "

"At first the flat appeared to look clean and be well equipped, unfortunately the basic things like a tea towel or a chopping board were missing which made cooking very difficult. Mattress was uncomfortable and the springs were digging into our bodies so it’s fair to say we had a sleepless stay. To add to it, we were unlucky as we had to evacuate the building one night due to fire alarm. There was no information as to where fire assembly is, no evacuation route shown, message about the evacuation was in Polish only. When we finally found ourselves outside we followed the crowd to what appeared to be a security person. He didn’t speak English. All had to be translated by a random person who volunteered to translate. Lots of scared people not knowing what’s happening and if it’s safe to go back to their accommodations. "
