"Room was clean but in the toilet there was hair from previous guests on the floor. And inside the shower box. In the breakfast I only realised there was a s la cart menu when asked about other choices of egg. Perhaps a message should be at the table about ectra choices."

"The rooms were very clean and the TV was vety big and good quality. The sauna was the highlight of the stay. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels , all over the world and you find the saunas to be average , and not giving out a lot of heat. This one was excellent. "

"Awesome location. In the center of everything, and walkable to restaurants and shops and so much. The rooms are "large." Note, that if you are traveling, pay attention to the number of people per room. They mayh be the size of a small apartment, but there is only so many beds. More than two, family apartment best (yes, like an apartment). The Michelin restaurant is fabulous - and so reasonably priced. The pool was a favorite for our grandchildren. The sauna was where my husband stayed. Service was great. People were friendly. They understood English well - except for one room service order. Housekeeping is diligent. We would stay again. "

"None of the cold breakfast items were refrigerated. Hot breakfast was freshly cooked to order and good. Reception is not manned after10 pm. If you need anything after that you have to ring the given telephone number which for some reason would not accept an incoming call from either of our English mobiles, despite contacting our network provider in the uk who assured us there was no issue with our phones "
