It was the beauty of looking out from the balcony and looking directly at the ocean and pool area. Beautiful sights. Also looking at the ships at the dock from the balcony. Food situations could stand some improvements.
Floor and balcony could use a little more damp mop and balcony swept.

Grand Hyatt Baha Mar doesn't like when you use third party providers like Expedia to book your stay and punish you for it. I booked my stay and paid my deposit through Expedia. The hotel claims that when they tried to run my card for the deposit, it didn't go through so they cancelled my reservation. The hotel didn't inform me or Expedia of the cancellation so imagine my surprise when I get to check in and they inform me that I have NO RESERVATION. The front desk staff managed to book us into a room that matched our initial reservation but what a frustratin experience after 6 hours of flying!
