The location was convenient & the price was ok. The pool/hot tub area was very clean & well kept. The front desk staff was friendly The room was ok - decor as a little outdated & a little more attention to detail when cleaning would be beneficial (dirt in the corners of the bathroom & dust on lamps etc). Extra blankets/pillows would be appreciated. I would probably stay here again if I came alone.

Room was clean, beds comfortable. Pool and hot tub were shut down during our stay. Waffles cereal bagels and muffins for breakfast, coffee and juice. Checkin guy was a little rude about service animal, but no issues after i provided ADA website information. Overall would stay again, price was good for what was there.

This is a decent budget stay, with a limited but good breakfast. The bedding and towels were clean. Our only issue was allergies within the older buildings. I also wish it was more clearly stated that this is a motel converted to run like a hotel, so you do go outside to get to many rooms. Overall, a decent stay and we had ample space for our family of 6 in the suites room option.

Would not recommend staying here

The room was is terrible condition. The mirror was dusty . The windowsill was full of bugs . They had an old computer chair in this room that was pealing . I sat in a chair and got the hell out of it as it smelled of URINE ! The key card would not give us access to the pool . It’s pet friendly and no place on property to take dogs to use the bathroom. Not clean I would not recommend staying here .

The staff was very kind. And they were around cleaning alot. The hotel itself is very run down, the ac was sooo loud. The room smelled wet and felt wet. There was a dog barking behind my room all night. The hotel is ridiculously priced for what we got. 170$ per night is not worth it. This hotel would be 40-70$ a night in omaha or des moines .. just because its basically in boji its expensive for what you get.
