"I could not get to the hotel. An unexpected winter storm closed the highway and I literally could not get there. I had every intention of staying at the hotel on the night of my reservation until weather forced me to turn around and head home. I had to cancel and was told there would be no refund. Expedia said it was the hotel policy and the hotel said it was Expedia's policy. Meantime, I am stuck with the charge. "

"The room was disappointing. There was cold air coming in directly from outside underneath the AC/Heating unit. I had to stiff several towels underneath it to keep it from coming in. The bed closest to the bathroom was off its frame. When you sat down on one side, the other side would flip up, so I had to keep pushing the mattress over. The tub plug wasn't affixed correctly, so my son couldn't take a bath. The wall was damaged inside the bathroom where the lotion was supposed to be screwed in,...

"Breakfast is very limited imo.. pillows are low quality down pillows. Mattress was manageable for only a couple night stay. Staff was friendly and it was clean. Price point is the best part! "

"Unfortunately the stay was not great. My room was “cleaned” but didn’t really feel clean. They were more concerned with my leaving a $40 room deposit than they were with the smells that seemed to permeate the entire place. Fortunately, this has not been my experience at every location. Make sure you hold onto your receipt or they will try to hold your deposit!! I never even mentioned that the wax seal on the toilet leaked water constantly - however, I was never offered a different room - just...
