"Everyone from the time that we exit our vehicle was friendly and informative. This was a great location it was surrounded by everything as far as grocery, restaurants, and shopping places. I would definitely recommend and return."

"Although the staff is very kind and polite, our room stunk of marijuana and cigarettes. I asked if we could have another room and we were immediately moved. Unfortunately, our bathroom hadn't been cleaned and there was blood and urine along with a very dirty floor and shower full of hair. Once again, everything was swiftly dealt with. The maintenance man is the real hero of this hotel. They seem to be very shortstaffed and he is always doing something and taking care of everything so fast. He is pleasant and. Professional. The pool is huge, and my kids absolutely loved swimming in it! Breakfast was enjoyable both days we stayed at the Quality Inn. We would love to stay at this hotel again if it's cleaner the next time we're in Ohio. I want to emphasize how lovely the manager and the staff are!"

"Super clean rooms and bathroom. Felt safe and comfortable. Love the smell in the room. Just a clean smell, not overpowering or fragrant. Bathroom mirror is great. Lots of flat surfaces. Will stay here again."

"Dirty wet towels on the hook behind the door. Hair in the shower and sink. A lot of dirt and dust behind the end tables. Crumbs and such on the wooden bed frame. I booked the room because i wanted simple. I didn't sign up for disgusting. "

"Hot tub was not good, the water was bubbling up so hard it was splashing in our face and was very strong chlorine. Heater in the room was very loud and made it hard to sleep. Tv/cable outdated"
