"We loved our stay at Best Western. The staff was top notch! The pool was the biggest plus for us!!! We spent a lot of time there. The 24/7 coffee bar in the lobby was an added bonus. We were confused about a fitness center on property but found one near by. The only complaint was the water pressure was pretty low and took awhile to heat up. Other than that we had a great stay and can’t wait to come back!"

"Check in was difficult, mix up with rooms. Getting an home of someone was very difficult and ended up talking to housekeeping who weren’t surprised. Advertised beach chairs, umbrellas and towels to use but the chairs werelocked up and no umbrellas or beach towels to use. The room was gorgeous and huge when we eventually had it figured out but still. Would actually stay again but hope the hiccups are fixed and better communication."

"All of the employees were extremely sweet. The breakfast was so good. The place could use a little work The beds were so uncomfortable and squeaked so loud it could wake the dead. The airport is right behind the hotel but its not noisy at all. Overall it was a nice place."

"This property is delightful - light, bright, clean, comfortable. We were a party of 5 adults who thoroughly enjoyed hanging out together throughout the house - den, dining room, kitchen , deck. The location is perfect for touring St Simons and Jekyll Island as well as dining at local restaurants. Have to say, I loved the wall art which added splashes of color and fun. All our crew commented on how comfortable the beds are, (and I took down the name of the the bath towels .lThe host was responsive a pleasure to deal with."

"Keep in mind, this is an old established neighborhood with beautiful old charm homes.Some homes are not on concrete slabs but on raised footings and wood flooring. That is part of the charm but it does come with some compromises.1. Kitchen well equipped with all necessary cooking utensils and appliances, just be ready to use gas stove. I hadn't used gas stove in a while, just be careful using gas stove.2. Beds were very comfortable, just little low to the ground. Nothing wrong with it, just be ready for that if you are elderly. We had no problems with it.3. The house noton a concrete slab, so walking on wood floors is noticeable from almost every part of the house. Not a problem just something we are not used to nowadays. Noise levels across rooms may be a problem if not used to it.We enjoyed our stay and would do it again without hesitation."
