Great central location. It was noisy as it was located near train tracks. We smelled breakfast early morning everyday while we stayed. Our room was just above the breakfast area.

It's a lovely old hotel BUT... There's no lift and for me, age 77, the 50 stairs up to my room, and back down, were not easy to manage. The hotel, as at April 2026, is undergoing some renovation which made things more awkward and left a lot of mess and dirt around. There was no help to get suitcases ...
