Gold Hill Museum Tours and Activities

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The pictures online make the property look very fancy and upscale, but the reality is completely different. Neither the hotel nor the surrounding area resembles what is shown online.Our bad experience started right at check-in. We arrived exhausted at 7:00 AM after a long trip. The staff showed absolutely no empathy or kindness regarding our tiredness. They repeatedly insisted that no rooms were available. However, a major red flag occurred when I spotted a mouse casually strolling through the lobby in broad daylight. I immediately notified the staff, but they completely ignored me and dismissed the issue. If the main lobby looks like this, I cannot even imagine what the kitchen conditions are like! The breakfast itself already looked incredibly unappetizing, and after seeing the rodent, we didn't dare eat a thing.What a surprise that right after we confronted them about the mouse, a room suddenly became magically available for us at 2:30 PM.I strongly advise against staying here. They lack basic hygiene standards, the staff is unfriendly, and the property is misleadingly advertised. Save your money and book somewhere else.
