Really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Milan San Siro. The hotel staff were all friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well kept. We used a hire car as we were attending a football tournament with our son and never had any issue with parking on the main road. We used the bus right outside the hotel to get into the city but the hotel also put on a complimentary shuttle in the morning. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

The hotel was a 30min cab ride outside the centre of Milan for sight seeing etc The nearest public transport was too far to walk Nothing nearby the hotel (no restaurants/shops/pharmacy for sun cream or little snacks) No pool bar/cafe at the hotel On site restaurant was quite expensive

However, within just 10 minutes from the hotel you are in a central area with many restaurants and bars. Apathetic to their customers
The hotel was informed that my partner could not travel because of a severe medical issue, requiring a major surgery. They asked for evidence of the issue before they could issue a refund, to which I forwarded her doctors note. Although we found this invasive at least it would secure our refund or the ability to reschedule the trip. They have, however, completely ignored me since this communication.

Beautiful hotel, staff are very accommodating and friendly - they gave me a lot of recommendations on things to do and see. They even have a great gym! Note, it is not walkable to shopping areas, but you can get a taxi or take public transportation.

The hotel is quite beautiful and I had a suite for the kids and I. We had a “club” room which included breakfast and aperitifs. We were there for the cold play concert which was a really convenient location.Unfortunately , the staff seemed very overwhelmed at the breakfasts and they were running out of food such as the scrambled eggs and fruit, which was disappointing.

Second time around in Milano on a short time. I will choose Sheraton San Siro again. Friendly and courteous staff, willing to meet clients needs. Rooms were very clean upon arrival and daily cleaning throughout my stay was very good.

The hotel itself is excellent. I feel like it’s relatively new, restaurant, bar, complimentary drinks, water (this was the most standard room so I imagine there’d be a couple more extras the more you upgrade) Very clean, spacious sound proof walls couldn’t say a bad thing about the hotel. Although there was 1 member of staff who’s name was Peter, not the friendliest but it was fine. The only thing I would be aware of before booking is that if you plan on using the metro or public transport, the stop is San Siro (the last one) on the M5 and from there you need to catch either the 80 or 423 bus. It is around 20-30 mins from central Milan and a couple of trains away. You see the hotel on your left and then get off which is roughly 3 or 4 bus stops away.

Not what i expect from Sheraton brand
Definitely only a business hotel, unless it's for a soccer game . Out of the way although a shuttle service to the Duomo is offered for a few times a day. Poor reception on arrival. Concierge did not bother to assist with luggage and reception could not find booking (?) Yet they knew I had 2 rooms that had been paid for! Eventually got rooms only to find that one was with disabled bathroom/shower (executive room!) - no warning in this regard. Bathroom completely flooded when we used shower . Could not use Bathroom and had to use 2nd room we had. Reported it to reception in morning and they promised to move us ro another room. On return from a day long tour , the receptionist did not appear to know about our flooding. They were reluctant to move us until I got a little stern. Eventually got a room with normal bathroom facilities that didn't and couldn't flood . While I appreciate the effort to take care of the disabled, I think that our experience would have added more unnecessary stress to anyone in that position. The food in the hotel was reasonably good especially the starters . The meat was good but they do not understand medium to well ....only medium. On departure, when asked of experience at hotel, I gave a detailed account of my experience , which was received with empathy. Nonetheless, it is not what I expect from the Sheraton brand. Bed bug bites. Never ever go to this hotel. They changed my suite & yet they didn’t admit to their bedbug infestation. Showed them face to face all the bites and still they negated their responsibility. General Manager of the hotel is arrogant. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. If Expedia has the option, I will post the pictures to expose this terrible hotel!
