Great location. Big clean rooms.
Could be loud from the hallway, but wasn't an issue as everyone respected the quiet hours.

Very hospitable team. A clerical error that was made in the booking was dealt with so professionally (thank you Mattia). Overall a great stay in a super location in Milan. Will definitely come back.
Nice area. Old building with character.
We didn’t get the code to the building automatically, we had to ask for it. They thought we already got it. Same happened to other guests. They need better routines. Otherwise good service.
We were delayed and had to pay $50 for the clerk to return and let us in. We had poor communication, Bur Strangers called them twice to let us in. I was ready to sleep in n the Lobby if no one came. Room was nice after checking in. There was a old historic Elevator but I didn't even try to use it. I'm going to avoid staying in properties that don't have staff near by, I especially don't like self check in as we used in Zurich.
The check in process was horrible. I received the details through messages in my hotel com app. I couldn’t open the details so I emailed hours before check in and no response ever.
There is no on one site to help, we couldn’t. Figure out how to get in the door luckily a gentleman and us also starting in the building that was experiencing issues worked together to figure it out. We asked a resident for the phone number. Check in took almost an hour because we had to figure it out ourselves.
Room was nice and spacious
The checkin was terrible. There was no attendant. We had to press a button to talk to someone offsite. This took good half an hour. Send passport info and payment via app and then getting a room was not what I was expecting.
We had two rooms. Once inside my friend went out to get something. When he returned the main door was locked. I had to go down and open it. Again going through offsite attendant that I have to follow a link to an app to open the main door. What if this had happened after the support was not there and we were alone.
Once this was settled we were happy with the rooms and service. Julia made arrangements for our shuttle which worked out great.
Offsite support through app is not something I would ever do. What if my phone dies? What if there is a brief power outage?
This experience was more of an Air b&b there was no one at a front desk and no personalisation front desk. There were wires coming out from the ceiling and smelt fresh paint. They are on in the newly opening stages since there was still construction going on. I texted the person who met with me with the room key as instructed and no one replied. It was in a central location of what seems like a China town restaurant location. I did not like the impersonalized experience.
I was double charged and have been unable to acquire a refund.

Then having to complete an incredibly extensive online form, the extent of which i have never seen with any other accomodation booking ever. It was required that i provide my credit card details agian. I didn't want to do this fearing being charged again, but without submitting the form i wouldnt receive instructions for entering the accommodation so i was forced to provide them. Sure enough, i was chrged a second time.
I tried to contact them but the phone number provided on the booking site was invalid and i couldn't get a response to any of my emails. I had to arrive at the accom, but with no check in details i had to spend an hour finding someone to check us in.
I was told at the site i would be refunded the double charge, when i didn't recieve the refund i tried emailing, again no response. When i finally got someone to respond to me though instagram, they assured me they had just processed the refund. A month later, still no refund and their only response was its been sent there's nothing more we can do. But wont provide proof of transfer. And now again Marco wont respond to my emails. I checked my financial institution and they confirmed no refund has been sent to my account.
I can only conclude that this business engages in some questionable practices i can only recommend you stay well clear of them.
