Welcome to my design loft in Milan, a cozy and modern 30 sqm retreat perfect for couples, solo travelers, or business stays.
Located in the heart of Moscova, just a few steps from Brera, Corso Como, and the Duomo, this apartment combines style, comfort, and an unbeatable location to experience Milan like a true local.

🏡 The Loft & Spaces

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a charming historic Milanese building with a quiet inner courtyard.
Every detail has been carefully designed, featuring concrete, wood, and steel for an elegant, urban atmosphere that reflects Milan’s modern design spirit.

It’s a space with a strong personality — perfect for those who love architecture and the warmth of a real home.

The bright and welcoming living area features a large window that fills the space with natural light and offers a lovely view over Milan’s rooftops.

It includes:

Modern kitchen with marble countertop

Induction stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, and full kitchenware

Dining or work table – ideal for smart working

Comfortable sofa and Smart TV

Modern bathroom (max height 1.78 m) with a spacious shower, towels, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries

🛏️ Mezzanine Sleeping Area

The sleeping area is located on the mezzanine and includes:

Double bed (140 cm)

Ceiling height between 165 and 176 cm

Natural wooden headboard and gold-finished wall

Wardrobe and storage niche

Iron and wood spiral staircase for access

If you prefer more headroom, you can use the click-clack sofa bed in the living room — it can stay open throughout your stay or be folded daily (bedding must be removed and replaced manually).

The apartment is absolutely lovely – modern, well-designed, spotless, and perfect for a comfortable stay. The location is truly unbeatable, right in the heart of Brera, one of the most beautiful and vibrant areas of Milan. It’s just a short walk to major attractions like the Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, and the Rinascente rooftop. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants, shops, and local spots, all easily accessible on foot.A big thank you to Silvia, a kind, responsive, and welcoming host who made the stay even more enjoyable. Finding a place of this quality, in such a central area and at a fair price, is a real gem. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to experience the best of Milan. I’ll definitely be back!
