Located within easy walking distance of the Milan Centrale train station and nearby metro stations. Friendly reception staff that allowed us to store our luggage after check-out so we could tour the city before our evening train. Great breakfast offering with lots of options. Would definitely stay here again.

We had issue with a bad smell on the room we got and the staff was nice and gave us a different room. However, the second room also had an issue with the washroom not being properly cleaned. The staff fixed the issue as soon as we let them know. The staff was nice and helpful, but the washroom cleaning was an issue.

The room is very clean, including the bathroom. The staff is friendly too. However, I don’t like the idea of one type of liquid soap in the bathroom…for hair, body and hand. The lotion is also too small. There is no coffee maker in the room. I brought some instant coffee and asked for hot pot of water every morning.

This is the best hotel we had in our trip. The staff are not only friendly but very helpful and latter is utmost important. There is not fridge in our room but the front desk girl, Siria, always reminds us there is ice to take, which helped a lot for us to have a real "cold" Coke at any time we wish.
