We had a short stay but the room was clean, bedding was comfortable and had all the amenities. One thought is that it’s a little bit out of the main area so it’s a bit of a walk, but nice if you prefer a little more peace and quiet during your stay.

Marta was a great hostess. The room and bathroom were small but very modern and comfortable. She helped me book taxis and answered to my questions punctually and with a good disposition.

Clean, cute, nice breakfast. Great loaner bikes. Nice owner and staff. The downside was unless you are a deep sleeper (I am not) it’s on a busy street with a loud tram.

Fantastic bed and breakfast. Excellent hostess Marta, with terrific breakfast, spotless room and great location to explore Milan particularly given the plus of having loaner bicycles. Definitely look forward to returning to stay on my next trip back to Milan.

This is literally a "beautiful" property with style written all over it. It's also very comfortable, quiet and has a peaceful patio/garden to sit in. It's a small place run by a family who are very considerate and helpful. There is a tram and a bus line right outside the door or you can walk 5 minutes to the nearest intersection for more options. Lots of good restaurants within 20 minutes walk, even 3 vegan ones!

Excellent find in Milan!
This is a very nice "boutique" hotel: few rooms and very charming. The owners are very kind and helpful. The morning breakfast has an excellent selection (I'll miss it!). The rooms are very modern and the bed very comfortable. The location is close to all major public transportation (subway, train, buses) but in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended for an enjoyable stay in Milan at a very good price

Endroit parfait et impeccable! La décoration est moderne tout en respectant l’esprit de cette maison. En plus le tram nous dépose juste devant. Je nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

Struttura nuova, e comoda da raggiungere. Il personale è molto attento e disponibile. Anche se il check in è possibile farlo fino alle 20, si riceve un codice per entrare in maniera indipendente e in modo molto semplice. Da consigliare!!!

Lovely guest house
Extremely friendly and service oriented. Perfect breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms. Convenient parking of car. Tram to city centre stops right in front of the guest house. Nice nearby local market on Monday, within walking distance, worthwhile to visit.

Perfect!
We really liked this small guest house. The location is very convenient, rooms small but beautiful and comfortable, service kind. The breakfast wes extremely tasty and as we had to leave early, they prepared a nice breakfast to take with us. Highly recommended!

Una splendida opportunità in una zona tranquilla, ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, a pochi minuti dal centrassimo e comoda rispetto alla stazione centrale, da cui si arriva con una linea di tram direttamente. Posto silenzioso, nuovo, curatissimo a gestione famigliare con, mi dicono, alle spalle attività alberghiere più ampie, e si vedono tutte. Da ritornarci assolutamente. Un confort raro, da 5 stelle per una tariffa ragionevole.

Grandioos fijne plek! met dank aan Marta en Laura
Het verblijf in guest house Conti was geweldig, fijn huis met dito kamers mooie vormgeving met alle comfort en totale privacy Marta en Laura bieden een fantasisch verblijf erg fijne buurt, niet direct in het centrum maar 10 minuten daarbuiten gelegen, te voet, per fiets of zelfs een geweldige oude tram die je direct naar het centrum brengt. geweldige tratoria's in de buurt waar de echte milanezen eten.. geen toeristisch gebeuren.. een aanrader!! vanuit guest house conti is fondazione prada , ook eenvoudig per fiets te bereiken, villa Necchi op 15 minuten loop afstand, Bar Basso om de hoek, een geweldige basis voor een bezoek aan Milaan
