"Booked room for 1 night for elderly parents. In morning, discovered shower was broken & had to kneel in tub to get clean. When I picked parents up the woman working at front desk said she couldn’t do anything b/c I wasn’t a rewards member. Called back & spoke to manager. who said they would give refund. Never got refund & got runaround every time I called back, Person would say they were working on it & would call me back, but tbey would never call. "

"The hotel was very clean, and the suites were large and spacious. My favorite part was the hotel staff (especially the front desk ladies). They truly made the experience wonderful with their helpful attitudes, and were pure joy. It made my day."

"A beautifully decorated, comfortable, and spacious property.The back porch was our favorite place to gather for visiting and viewing the canal activities. It has a claw footed tub in the Jack and Jill bathroom. A large game room is on the second floor. Also many extra beds are available. The kitchen is well appointed with every possible need close at hand."
