"We arrived around 12:30 but front desk advised that we couldn't get access to the room until 1 (which was fine because we were hungry). She checked us in, so all I had to do was stop by and get the key when we got back. She was extremely nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Later the kids wanted to get in the pool, the guy on duty was very nice as well, he provided us with instructions and location but still took the time to show us. The hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was typical but good; the staff was friendly and kept everything stocked. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would stay again."

"The building was clean, the room was decent, the breakfast was good for a free hotel breakfast with lots of options and the coffee was actually good. The staff were all friendly. Check in and out was simple. The outside doors lock at night requiring your room key to get in, which I thought was a nice feature to feel safe. Our trip was a family visit so the location was perfect for us. Easy to get to and from and close to many food/shopping options. We visited in February so the weather was nice but not pool weather. I wish this location had an indoor pool. Overall our stay was great! "

"I just drove up to my room and a maintenance guy was right there, about to use his key to walk in! When I finally got inside, the door was cracked open and a staff member was just sitting at the desk hanging out on the phone. The room was just as bad—no hand soap, stained sheets, and they only swap towels every three days. I finally complained to the front desk. They offered another room, but by then, I was just over it. They didn't do anything else to make up for the headache."
