"Room was very clean, had a washing machine and kitchen as well as a small sitting area. Great location 5 minute walk from Wawel castle and close to shopping and restaurants. A little tricky to find but well worth the stay. Apartment could have used blackout curtains as the sun comes up very early in the summer."

"Had an issue checking in - possibly due to an issue with Apple and hide email facility. Taking that away, the location, size and facilities were excellent and would use again. The only thing I would highlight is at weekends it is quite noisy so be mindful of that"

"The check in process was so easy. They emailed clear instructions, in about 5 different languages. The fact that there was a lift was great. The property isn't new but the apartment looked just like the photos. We found the beds comfortable, the apartment clean and the amenities well kept. It is also only a 13 min walk to old town. Also a really nice resturant 1 minute away called Chata. Thank you for a lovely stay. "
