We stayed in a lovely apartment on Studencka just 5-10 minutes walk from the main square and 3 minutes from the nearest tram stop. It had a huge bathroom, a spacious double bedroom and plenty of room in the open plan lounge/kitchen for the double sofa bed. Everything was spotlessly clean. There was even a little balcony with nice views.

Beautiful apartment hotel in the middle of Old To!

We stayed in the Golebia Street flats. The room was so beautifully decorated and comfortable. We loved the location and having a small kitchen for breakfasts. We appreciated the big fan. We had excellent community with the check in desk which is at a different site. We were able to WhatsApp them to request more pillows and coffee. We took an Uber back to the airport and paid about 50 Zloty. We absolutely loved this hotel!

Would definitely stay here again

Before we even got there the communication was great and staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment was in a brilliant location and was amazing, we loved it. Clean and had everything we needed, would definitely stay here again.

Nice architecture and décor, kitchen and whirlpool style bathtub, nice backyard balcony, staff very efficient and enthusiastic, just a couple of blocks from the main market square and the museums

NO LIFT: MANY STAIRS

WARNING: (1) There was no mention of the seven flights of stairs. (2) There was no mention that after checking in at the address provided you would have to drag your bags along cobble stone streets for 10 mins to your accomodation. This was ok for me but not for the elderly or people with large heavy suit cases. When I mentioned at check-in that I wasn’t advised about this, she became quite rude and advised me to take it up with Hotels.com. Apartment itself was very nice, well appointed, very comfortable and close to everything in Old Town

Krakow trip

Pros: great location, close to restaurants, bars and the square, low price, easy check-in/check out process, has washing machine Cons: check-in is in a different location than where I stayed, getting in the apartment was difficult, I had to use 2 keys simultaneously to turn the lock and open it (never had to do that before when opening a door), the toilet makes a weird noise when I turn on the water in the sink, the hot water in the shower did not last long, and the tv did not work, it kept saying no signal. Overall my stay was okay for the price.

Fabulous!

My family and I stayed here for a week. We arrived a day late but Antique Apartments were very understanding. The apartment was very nice, clean and spacious. Location was great, just outside the main shopping areas. Very secure and we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Perfect

2 night stay with no complaints. Check-in easy and apartment ready early. Exceptionally clean with everything we needed. We had a 3 bed apartment with the main beds cabin style with steep ladder access, would not have been suitable for anyone with mobility issues which didn’t affect us but maybe worth knowing when booking. Central location, 5 minute walk to main square, loads to do in the immediate vicinity. Would recommend.

Not ideal if you are travelling with a car. Parking lot was far away and it is not associated with the apartment, therefore, an extra cost. The apartment gave a true krakow city experience with the location being right in the heart of the old town. However, if you cannot go up 5 flights of stairs, beware since there is no elevator. Apartment is cute with a little kitchen and everything else you need to cook.

The apartment was comfortable but think Expedia could have made it clearer that reception was in a different area to some of the apartments. Walking the few minutes across the square and down a couple of streets was not a problem, however when you arrive very late it does make you feel vulnerable. In our apartment block they were not all Antique Apartments and someone opposite had a yappy dog. Also, workmen starting work before 7.00 am working in the stairwell outside our room drilling was not appreciated. On the positives, the apartment was very close to the main square. We found reception staff very helpful.

I wish i could split my raring in two. The organization running this business is wonderful. They have a central office, staffed during the day, and offer everything from airport transfers to sightseeing tours. The apartment we rented was also lovely and well-equipped, but the reason for less than 5 stars is that it was located right above a tram line. I'm all for public transport, but these things are loud enough to wake the dead,. When the only option to cool down means opening the windows, also means too much noise to sleep, it's not a good situation.
