"If you like checking in and asking for luggage rack to move your stuff and being told its on some level somewhere...cockroaches in the hallway, a very pungent, stink and rats fighting in the parking lot.Then this is definitely your spot. Oh and the toilet would not stop running"

"I dislike leaving negative reviews because it seems that so many people do that. This property, however, was the absolute worst hotel that I have ever used. We rented two rooms, on two different nights of the same week, since it was near RDU airport. The first night things seemed OK, but in the morning before I left a really large cockroach was in the bathroom. The second night, I checked in and found my room door cracked open. I went in and looked to see that there wasn't an intruder in there, and proceeded to use the restroom. I found poop on the toilet seat, but since it was just two specks, I poured hand sanitizer on the seat and wiped it off with toilet paper. As I was using the toilet, I looked over and saw a foreign substance on the cold faucet handle. Thinking it may have been glue or something from construction, I dampened a hand towel and wiped it, and found that it was also poop. I called the front desk and the attendant moved me to another room. Later that night, at 1123pm there were people hollering and making a lot of noise in the lobby and waking me. I would never stay here again. It's the worst experience ever."

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bed and shower were clean, which I appreciated; however, the overall cleanliness of the room fell short of expectations. The sofa had visible stains from past spills. The bathroom floor had not been properly cleaned, with hair and bits of toilet paper still present. There also appeared to be residue or streaking on the bathroom walls from prior guests. As a result, I didn’t feel particularly comfortable moving around the room without shoes on. With more thorough attention to cleaning and maintenance, this could be a much more pleasant stay. As it is, I would not stay here again."

"Upon walking in the hotel lobby smells like smoke. In our hallway someone was smoking pot. The floor in our room was incredibly sticky. The hotel needs work. It got the landlord special slapping paint on it. Needs legitimately cleaned not just picked up between guests. I don't recommend this hotel and won't be going back."

"We are so thankful to the staff of the Hilton Gardens at Crabtree. The staff were so kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. I am so terrible with name, and I wish I had written them down to give them acknowledgement, but everyone was so nice. I was there for a surgery at UNC Rex, and the staff provided us with a wheelchair to help me get around to my room when I had to return. They all just went above and beyond. I absolutely recommend this hotel as a great and convenient place to stay in the Raleigh area."
