Our stay was great. The rooms are extremely clean, and the hotel looks nice all around. The only downside is the price. It is a little bit pricey, but that might be because of its location.

Great location. Lots of restaurants and bars close enough to walk to. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The decor was beautiful. The rooftop bar was very pretty and great views. The little lounge area outside to have a intimate night with a close friend or partner was sooo cute

Property appeared very new and updated, everything was very clean, staff was very helpful, they had their own parking, which was convenient, The shower was very nice and well designed, security was present, which made you feel safe, room, temperature, and air conditioning was great and very quiet. Would like to see complementary coffee in the lobby, which is more convenient than going to the seventh floor or taking time to make our own in the room. Also, we really liked having parking on site, but we were not aware there was an additional upper deck that was available by going around the other end of the hotel. Lower level was tight parking for a truck/suv.

I liked having several restaurants within walking distance. Also we could walk to the convention center. We weren’t there to shop so I don’t know what that would be like. The beds were comfortable and the staff was super nice and helpful. One thing I would have preferred a bathroom door that locked and blocked light.

The hotel was beautiful and clean, my only problem was the restaurant. They have a breakfast buffet and they charge $17 per person. We got there this morning around 10AM and they had not refilled any of the items on the buffet. The fruit have been picked over and it looked rotten. All the pastries was really hard and picked over. If they are going to charge that much for a Buffet, then it should be refilled until 11 o’clock when they stop serving.

Great stay!!

I would recommend this hotel. It was a bit more $$ than others but I feel it was worth it. We arrived in the morning well before check in and our room was ready! It was so nice after having a super early morning flight to arrive to a clean room on a high floor with a great view. Shout to Adonis for a smooth check in process!! Room was large, updated and well appointed. A nice touch is they provide you with two mini bottles of water and a cozy bathrobe. Waterfall shower head has great water pressure. The entire staff were so accommodating and made some great recommendations on places to eat. Tiffany was our girl!! Took care of us and we appreciate her and all the night staff. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and a great place to grab a beer at “State of Beer”. We were in town for Galaxycon and we had hoped to get a hotel closer to the Convention Center but it is only a 16-17 minute walk and the area is very safe. The only things I would point out are: 1. Train tracks right near hotel and train went by at 3:00 am blaring the horn 2. There is a fun bar right next door with outdoor seating. It gets very loud at night. We were lucky our room faced the other side of the hotel but we did hear other guest complaining about the noise. The hotel did provide ear plugs which was nice. 3. No swimming pool. I guess I should have checked that when I made the reservation. Nowadays I just assume a hotel at this

The staff was great. It’s always nice to feel like you’re important. From the moment I walked into the hotel that’s how they made feel. We had dinner on the rooftop. And the service there was also great. The one downside though was the dessert’s. Great dinner but the dessert options were a little lacking.

Tv kept playing a prerecorded voice recording over and over for the hotel. The remote buttons would not work. The channels and YouTube on tv would not stream.
