"Le personnel a l’accueil est désagréable et condescendant. Nous sommes arrivés à 21h on nous a donné une chambre sale avec une chasse d’eau qui ne fonctionne pas et des toilettes qui fuit. Nous étions 4 et nous n’avons que deux draps, quand nous avons demander à changer de chambre on nous a dit que ce n’était pas possible avant lendemain, nous avons donc passé une nuit sans toilette avec deux enfants dont un en situation d’handicap. "Food was excellent for an all-inclusive with plenty of varied choice and good quality. The hotel is a bit tired and probably needs a bit of a facelift but overall the stay was great, beach is good, we didn’t use the pools but they looked nice."

"Beautiful Property Let Down by 3-Star Service, This was our second stay at Radisson Blu Djerba, but it will be our last. Having traveled extensively in Tunisia for 25 years, with a Tunisian husband, we know this lack of service is not a country culture issue, but a major management problem. We have received far better service in 3-star hotels. The Good: The property is beautiful and clean. Breakfast food is excellent with a vast choice, shout-out to the egg chef, the orange juice man, and Hamza the bartender, who was the only one who actually engaged with us. The Bad: Bar service was incredibly poor. We waited over 10 minutes in an empty bar and had to find staff twice. Dirty ashtrays were ignored, and a pile of swept-up trash was left on the floor for everyone to step over until Hamza cleaned it. We complained to the F&B manager; service improved for one day, then reverted. At breakfast, we constantly had to hunt down cutlery and condiments because tables were left uncleared and unprepared. The Ugly: Housekeeping failed daily. We had one cup for two people, missed water twice, no fresh face cloths, and my reading glasses disappeared. Guest Services were useless. We got no room directions, no breakfast info, and no welcome drink. The agent walked away mid-check-in. We waited 30 minutes in our room for luggage because Guest Services failed to communicate with the concierge. Lovely hotel, but a 5-star rating requires 5-star service. Management needs to urgently retrain staff."

"The buffet was subpar, the morning staff not particularly on it in terms of cleanliness and setting tables. The food was just okay. Animation team did try to make it exciting. Spa offerings just fine. A mediocre experience at a mediocre hotel. Nickel and dimed for everything"

"Only spent one night at Le Patio de Mezraya, but wish we had longer. The property is excellent with lots of spaces around the hotel where you can relax. There's also a really large pool. A nice breakfast is available in the morning and dinner is an option as well. Our room was huge with a separate bathroom and separate toilet. Wifi is available throughout the hotel, but was a little spotty in our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Onsite parking is available, but be aware, the last 100m from the road to the property is a sand road. It's fine for a regular car."

"I had an amazing stay at the hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations the hotel itself was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The beach and swimming pool were also fantastic and made the experience even more enjoyable. It was truly a wonderful and memorable night."

"This property like pretty much everything in Tunisia is slowly wearing down, but they keep it up very well and appeared to have a lot of pride in that. I wanted a smaller place that’s right on the beach and the beach is probably the nicest there of anywhere on the island. Room was good sized, and I liked the tile mosaics on the wall walls. Breakfast was very traditional, and good."

"Really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The staff was really friendly. Each single of them had a smile and was happy to help. I find very unfair people who complain about the staff not speaking english (they speak french as most of the tourists are french). Food was good, nothing out of the ordinary but we were looking forward to lunch and dinner time every day. Fully recommend having a massage! Fair prices and very relaxing. A few bits that can be improved: internet (good for scrolling but not reliable if you need to have a videocall), few areas are showing its age (some window frames, carpets...). Be aware! There is not english breakfast so if you want to feel like "home" probably just stay there. "
