I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is very nice, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—I only wish I could have stayed longer. I’ll definitely be returning!

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à l'Hôtel TELEMAQUE. L'hôtel n'est pas trop grand, il est très propre, le personnel est extrêmement agréable, serviable et bienveillant. The staff at the resort is very friendly and helpful their wi-fi is weak and hard to access it in the rooms. After a couple of days their food at the buffet started looking the same.The alcoholic beverages are very mediocre in the all-inclusive program

L’hôtel Telemaque est un super hôtel ,le personnel est très agréable ,très serviable et très accueillant ,la nourriture est de bonne qualité ,variée et en quantité ,les transats à la piscine et à la mer avec parasols sont très pratiques ,il y a un parking dans l’hôtel garde H24,les chambres spécieuses ,avec balcon et toutes climatisées et c’est vraiment « all inclusive « :pour les personnes qui veulent aller à Djerba,je recommande cet hôtel et en plus c’est ultra propre !!!

Personnellement le personnel et le service l'hôtel est excellent. Diversité des plats et l’implication du personnel c’est vraiment WoW.Par contre l’animation très médiocre les moniteurs smiley et aussi jamaica manque de professionnalisme. C’est un point à travailler au niveau l'animation.

Jag blev väldigt besviken på mitt besök på Yadis Djerba Thalasso. Redan vid incheckningen möttes jag av ett mycket dåligt bemötande i receptionen – personalen var otrevlig, nonchalant och verkade inte alls intresserad av att hjälpa till. Ingen välkomnande känsla överhuvudtaget, vilket satte tonen för resten av vistelsen. Jag hade förväntat mig en helt annan standard och service. Rekommenderas tyvärr inte.

Rien à redire sur l’établissement! Par contre nous avons dû changé de chambre l deuxième jour, en arrivant nous avons eu une chambre standard sans balcon sans terrasse …pourtant nous avions réservé avec petite terrasse ! La réceptionniste très aimable Amina nous a expliqué qu’Hotel. Com n’a pas préciser et la réservation était chambre standard. Heureusement que l’amabilité du personnel de réception ont bien voulu nous satisfaire. Merci de bien vouloir nous dire d’où vient cette erreur ? Autrement un lieu à recommander, tout est extrait, animation , repas, bienveillance de tous le personnel et du staff ,,, cet endroit va nous manquer. Seul point négatif le jus d’orange pressé au petit déjeuner est payant 7 dinar DOMMAGE , car ce n’est pas préciser dans tout compris !!!!

Super hôtel à ne pas manquer

Super séjour, un service à la perfection, les tunisiens sont au petit soin avec les clients. L’hôtel est très propre et très agréable. La plage est très sécurisée. Le restaurant est à l’extérieur les jours de soleil, c’est super sympa et ils font des excellents bambaloni pour le goûter. Et la citronnade est très appréciable. Super hôtel à ne pas manquer

Super séjour, un service à la perfection, les tunisiens sont au petit soin avec les clients. L’hôtel est très propre et très agréable. La plage est très sécurisée. Le restaurant est à l’extérieur les jours de soleil, c’est super sympa et ils font des excellents bambaloni pour le goûter. Et la citronnade est très appréciable.
