Beautiful location and lovely beach with good access from hotel and pool to beach. Pool was very good also. Food was excellent with a huge range of options, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend, and stay here if we were ever to come to Djerba again.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the air circulation was quite poor, and the air conditioner didn’t work during my stay, which made the room a bit uncomfortable, especially during warm hours. Overall, it’s a nice place, but I wish the ventilation or AC worked better during this period.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is very nice, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—I only wish I could have stayed longer. I’ll definitely be returning!

The staff at the resort is very friendly and helpful their wi-fi is weak and hard to access it in the rooms. After a couple of days their food at the buffet started looking the same.The alcoholic beverages are very mediocre in the all-inclusive program

Totally Misleading – This Place Is a Dump Do not let the photos fool you. This property looks nothing like what’s shown online. It’s much older, run down, and has a noticeable smell throughout — like there was a past sewage or water damage issue that never got handled properly. Rooms and facilities are outdated and absolutely not worth the price being charged. The place felt cheap, but with a high price tag — nothing about it matched the cost. Restaurant service was especially bad. If you speak English, prepare to be ignored or treated rudely. I had to ask multiple times for basic things like fresh food or service, and often got attitude or was flat-out refused until I found someone else to help. Drink machines barely worked, and when they did, they dispensed the bare minimum. If you don’t have a car or aren’t arriving on a tour bus, getting to the property is a headache. And once you're there, the surrounding area is a disaster. It’s literally full of trash and looks abandoned — not somewhere you'd want to explore or relax in. Bottom line: This was one of the worst value stays I’ve experienced. It’s overpriced, poorly maintained, and completely misrepresented online. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent or quality experience.

Rien à redire sur l’établissement! Par contre nous avons dû changé de chambre l deuxième jour, en arrivant nous avons eu une chambre standard sans balcon sans terrasse …pourtant nous avions réservé avec petite terrasse ! La réceptionniste très aimable Amina nous a expliqué qu’Hotel. Com n’a pas préciser et la réservation était chambre standard. Heureusement que l’amabilité du personnel de réception ont bien voulu nous satisfaire. Merci de bien vouloir nous dire d’où vient cette erreur ? Autrement un lieu à recommander, tout est extrait, animation , repas, bienveillance de tous le personnel et du staff ,,, cet endroit va nous manquer. Seul point négatif le jus d’orange pressé au petit déjeuner est payant 7 dinar DOMMAGE , car ce n’est pas préciser dans tout compris !!!!

Jag blev väldigt besviken på mitt besök på Yadis Djerba Thalasso. Redan vid incheckningen möttes jag av ett mycket dåligt bemötande i receptionen – personalen var otrevlig, nonchalant och verkade inte alls intresserad av att hjälpa till. L’hôtel Telemaque est un super hôtel ,le personnel est très agréable ,très serviable et très accueillant ,la nourriture est de bonne qualité ,variée et en quantité ,les transats à la piscine et à la mer avec parasols sont très pratiques ,il y a un parking dans l’hôtel garde H24,les chambres spécieuses ,avec balcon et toutes climatisées et c’est vraiment « all inclusive « :pour les personnes qui veulent aller à Djerba,je recommande cet hôtel et en plus c’est ultra propre !!!
