We enjoyed our time there. The room was a perfect size for the six of us. Clean, comfortable and cozy. We were greeted by helpful staff, offered amenities such as water, tea and coffee, and toiletries. The place is very centrally located - close to Ginza shopping, the fish market and a 7/11! Thank your for making our first trip to Tokyo great!

The room was excellent for our family of 5. We had 2 twin beds, 2 sofa beds, and a futon in a separate room with tatami mats. Microwave, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, stove, kitchen sink, dishes, cups, utensils. Very spacious. Separate toilet and shower rooms. In-room Laundry includes free detergent you can get in the lobby. It’s about 15 minute walk to train stations, there’s a 7-11 less than 5 minute walk to stock up on everything you need if don’t want to eat out often. Very quiet area. If you don’t mind walking a lot and don’t need the full service of large hotels, it’s a great place.

Family of 4 - Stayed one night in Grand Japanese room. Our teens slept on the tatami mats they provided. Not as nice as other Monday we stayed at but fine overall. It’s in Ginza but not near all the things you want to walk to and see. Used taxis every time we went somewhere.

Writing Our stay at MONday Apart Premium Ueno was wonderful from start to finish. The staff provided outstanding customer service and always made us feel comfortable and genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly, patient, and happy to help, especially when giving us directions and recommendations for getting around Tokyo. The room was spotless, well maintained, and equipped with excellent amenities that made our stay feel like home. The hotel's modern appearance and attention to detail created a relaxing atmosphere. The location is fantastic—it's close to many popular sightseeing spots, local attractions, restaurants, and transportation, making it easy to explore the city. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend MONday Apart Premium Ueno to anyone visiting Tokyo. We would definitely stay here again!
