Would stay again

While the breakfast was one the weak side, the hotel made up for it. Clean kitchen with enough to eat in the room. Water pressure decent, bed comfy and staff very friendly and helpful.

It’s a good place to stay off the highway. The staff was always super friendly and helpful. My only concern was the building itself. Some of the last remodel was poorly done. For example, door knob to the closet incorrectly done or the baseboard not secured to the wall in some segments. I would stay here again.

The space is in need of maintenance which might be expected but even though we made a reservation late that day, we had to switch 3 times because the rooms were not cleaned. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable.

First of all my main upsetting downfall was there was no swimming pool when I had booked there was a swimming pool as one of the amenities and pictured in the website. I do have screenshots with dates and time frames. After I had made a complaint and report to the front desk the next day I noticed it was removed from the website. Front desk clerk stated that she was aware of it and had been on the website for a long time and hasn't been removed. That was one huge amenity asset that I was looking for to enjoying myself at this stay. The front desk clerk was very professional and courteous and the lady on the breakfast server was very nice and pleasant. Jo Tapia -

Not a good experience.

The condition of the hotel was run down. The furniture in the room was damaged, and rickety. The wifi connection was unstable. The sound proofing was pore,and the noise from the highway was loud.

Breakfast isn’t a buffet style like pictures

The breakfast spread was not what it shows in pictures. As you can see the breakfast area was dark and empty. It was a pick your own sandwich behind the counter for the employee to heat up. The faucet handle came off in the bathroom sink, the area by the window in the room smelled like mildew and the water pressure was really low.

Was hoping for a better experience

We booked this hotel since it had a full kitchen and we wished to cook dinner for ourselves. The pans were filthy, but we were able to get them at least somewhat cleaner. There was some stainless flatware, but not enough for both of us to eat using it (one fork was missing). When we reported this to the front desk, they gave us a set of plastic flatware... On the upside, the breakfast was actually fairly generous, considering that they are still not offering the full buffet due to Covid.

Looks can be deceiving

This property has so much potential. The staff was very nice and the welcome bags were an unexpected treat, the facility was nice and modern, the hot breakfast sandwiches in the morning were also a nice surprise, and a great kitchen. We loved the layout of the large room and the high ceilings. The bed was super comfy and very nice linens. BUT the problem was the room was filthy. Dried food left on the dining table, the sofa was very dirty and the coffee table was falling apart. The caulk in the tub was yucky and the bathroom door was almost off its hinges and would hardly open and close. That particular room had had some unfortunate visitors, but why didn't housekeeping report the problems? The staff apologized the next morning and said we should have asked for another room, but maybe they were all like that??? I have since heard from the management and they are looking into it (Room 104).

Property is on service road to HWY I-20 - easy in and out. Breakfast is a bag breakfast due to COVID precautions, but tasty breakfast sandwiches easily heated in the microwave, along with fruit, yogurt, pastry, etc. Coffee and Juice supplied as well. Room was comfortable with appliances working as expected. Refrigerator needed defrosting and note was left with the front desk.

Nice clean hotel

This night was great. It was my first day which was on a separate reservation as the rest of my stay. I stayed in a suite with a small kitchenette and it was clean and actually pretty nice. It has a full size fridge which is nice for staying for a full week. The room is nice and clean. This is a hotel that a lot of traveling workers stay at and the place is extremely clean even with a ton of oil field workers staying here. The stay has been nice.

Our room was great in size and the bed was comfortable. However, there was either chocolate or poop on the bedspread, disgusting! And you know the cleaning personnel had to see it. It was as big as a quarter. Also the carpet and furniture was stained over most of its areas. Not sure how businesses don’t believe ratings can ruin their customers returning when traveling brings us through the same areas multiple times a year. I will not stay there again.

Great stay

The staff was amazing, super nice and accommodating for our needs. They even were sweet when my kids needed to tell them all about their adventures of the day. The breakfast was the expected quick grab stuff. Ready for the pool to be open!
