Our stay was a wonderful experience. Everything was clean and in great shape. Property is beautiful. Neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Myrna/Nina were wonderful to work with, prompt response and resolution. Just needed the thermostat adjusted a little as a woman in menopause and that was it!Thank you!!

House temp too cold - too many requests from property manager

When we got there temp inside home was 63. I asked for 70 temp - but was given 68. Outside temp went down 32 at night. Fireplace we were told gas was turned off….so we couldn’t warm up at night. Also many requests from property manager to turn on or turn off outside lights. Finally I did not appreciate being told our family guests had to be gone by 11pm. I guess camera was on to see coming and going of folks and if lights outs were on or off. All Teflon cooking pot/pans need replace - very scratched and Visibly unusable. I paid for cleaning service, but checkout instructions had kitchen cleaned with all dishes put away where found. Beautiful property - unfortunately mico-managed
