This cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is located just a few blocks from Dow Diamond, home to the Great Lakes Loon. You would have just a three block walk to many restaurants and shops and the downtown commons area when, in the summer, offers live music on weekends, cornhole and social setting for a peaceful night downtown. The Tridge is within walking distance which offers many rails for walking or biking. The home offers 2 Queen beds, one twin and a very comfortable couch.

We prefer that the basement be used as least as possible. There is a washer and dryer down there you are open to use, however, it is the only space in the house not renovated.
