Overall not a bad place to sleep. The rooms are smaller then the other Best Western Plus hotels I've stayed at. It was quiet and the staff was pleasant. The room was clean.

Very clean, comfortable, accessible room. The common hallways really needed to be vacuumed and steam cleaned. And the guest above us kept made banging noises in the middle of the night. Very nice staff.

2 out of the 3 days we had great rooms and very clean. I had to Make individual reservations per day because we kept having to stay for more work around the area. The 3rd day the comforter had quite a bit of stains on it. But overall the stay was always comfortable and pleasant. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub also.

From broken spa, cracked windows at the pool, room keys deactivating almost twice a day, no TV, no phones. It was a pretty low par stay. The only phenomenal part of the stay was the exceptional staff. Front desk and breakfast attendant were truly genuine and exceptional!!!!
