Rooms were in disrepair. Staff at check in was nice but then desk was empty for 30 minutes when I was trying to check out. Finally just put my keys in the drop box and hoped for the best.

Erica who works in the front is very rude and lazy! Does not like to get up from her chair to get things for paying customers. Likes to argue and pretty much hates her job! Hope she can find something that she actually likes. A formal complaint was filed! Only bad part of the trip was the employee Erica! Also if that was my business I would never want someone like Erica working for me giving out bad impressions for the company!

How on earth did this place rate an 8.5? It's awful. Tried calling them all day, the phone rang off the hook. They say it's the right number, but when they try it, it doesnt work. The TV didn't work and couldn't even call the front desk from the room. Couldnt get a cot in in the room. The furniture is stained. The entire place stinks of indonesian food. Will never stop here again.

Tv didn’t work, bed felt like a futon on the edges where you felt you could flip off the mattress, shower head was spraying randomly, water was gritty, breakfast was understocked… got what we paid for at the $90 a night

Place is clean, comfortable and quiet. Access is not ideal. Have to drive through truck stop parking lot to get to the street taking you to the hotel. The lot and street have huge potholes that must be navigated. Some are large enough to do serious damage to a vehicle. Breakfast was typical motel fare. Scrambled eggs were hot and fresh. Link sausage was good. Coffee was average. Cleaning staff was friendly. Our key card worked the night of arrival but after breakfast it didn’t open our door. Had to have cleaning lady let us back into our room. Have stayed here before and for the price will be back again.
