A note for folks who drive here: use the hotel's valet parking instead of self-parking. It is cheaper to use the hotel's valet but they won't tell you that until after you've self-parked and have to have someone walk down to let you out of the parking garage. "

"Air conditioner was an after the fact install, very loud and room was to warm to turn off. No hot water, called front desk, no phone in room, front desk said they would check on it, 3 days later still waiting to hear back. Turns out it takes 20 minutes for hot water to show up at the room."
