BRAND NEW- this house will become your favorite home away from home! Sunny views from every angle, EXTRA large yard, attached deck and bluestone patio. Granite and stainless kitchen as part of the open concept living/dining. 5 bedrooms total each w/ attached full bath, master on 1st floor, 4 others on 2nd floor additional 2 set bunk beds(4) in finished basement w/ full bath. Walkout to back patio complete w/ grill. Outdoor shower with oversized yard and plenty of space for yard games.

The Space:
Feel free to inquire about offline specials. With extra space for kids under 12.

Stay away from the the traffic and noise of downtown Newport with parking even for 5-6 cars. 5 min drive to downtown Newport, walk to beach, 2 mins to liquor store, 5 mins to grocery! Cant beat the location and the home!

Guest Access:
The entire home will be yours.

Other Things to Note:
This home is pet-friendly, however, there's going to be a $150 pet fee. Also, please know that the maximum pets allowed per stay is 2 and is subject for approval. If you are bringing a pet you must let us know prior to your stay and your pet shall never be left unattended in the property.
