The space offers a private entrance, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms (sleeps up to 4 adults, max), and outdoor space for grilling and fireside chats. 2 bedrooms on the first level with kitchen and dining area featuring vaulted ceilings. Just upstairs, a cozy living space that looks over the kitchen/dining. This is one of 2 units in a 2-family house. Rent both for groups up to 16. Less than a mile to the beach and 2.5mi to Newport.

    This unit has a private entrance, parking and separate outdoor space for grilling, dining, and hanging around the fire pit. It's fully equipped with everything you need from kitchen essentials to soaps, in-unit laundry, board games, beach towels & chairs, and coffee.

    On the main floor, enjoy bright sunlight and a central common space with lots of seating for dining. Two queen bedrooms down the hall including one with a private en-suite bathroom and the other with an attached bath that also services the common hallway. Both bedrooms have access to the second floor deck via sliders. Up the stairs is the lounging area with TV and pullout queen sofa.
