"BeachWalk" Unit 1 Just 300 Feet To The Beach!!
- The perfect location right by Easton's Beach (First Beach). Leave your car at the property (you won't have to pay for beach parking), take your cooler, beach chairs and you will be set for the perfect day at the beach! We provide a beach cart, some beach chairs and beach toys for the kids!
Unit 1: Maximum occupancy is 10 adults (12 years and older)
This 4800 sq. ft duplex has 9 bedrooms (5 & 4) with two full baths in each unit. NOTE: Each unit has 2400 sq. ft. Need more rooms? Rent both Units 1 & 2 (4800 sq ft total) and sleep up to 18 adults. SEE SEPARATE LISTING FOR "BeachWalk" UNIT 2 - 35 BRIARWOOD AVE
NOTE: Discounts apply to a 7 or more night booking
PLEASE NOTE: Per the Town of Middletown zoning rules, an adult occupying the unit is anyone 12 years and older. Failure to follow this requirement can result in a hefty fine imposed by the Town of Middletown.
