"I recently stayed at this hotel for four days. The facility itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff members were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my stay was negatively impacted by a bathroom issue that was never resolved.
From the first day, the shower drain was not working properly. The water would not recede after showering and would remain standing in the shower for an extended period of time. I reported the issue immediately and made numerous complaints throughout my stay. I even showed staff videos of the problem so they could clearly see what was happening.
Despite my repeated complaints and providing video evidence, the issue was never fixed. For my entire four-day stay, I had to deal with standing water in the shower, which was both unpleasant and unacceptable. As a paying guest, I expected a functioning bathroom and a timely response to a maintenance issue of this nature.
What was most disappointing was the lack of follow-up. No one explained why the problem was not resolved, and no one from management reached out to discuss the issue or offer any form of resolution, even after I checked out.
I understand that maintenance problems can happen, but when a guest reports the same issue multiple times over several days and provides proof of the problem, it should be addressed promptly. While I appreciated the facility and the courtesy of the staff, management's failure to resolve this issue left me very disappointed.
