The Tree House is a hidden gem. What a wonderful retreat, surrounded by nature, right along Black Creek, a beautiful property. Inside, the house is a laid back, comfortable, well appointed home, downstairs is the man cave, complete with beer fridge. New washer dryer, fire pit outside, you can buy firewood at the tree service co. around the corner on Blanding. We stayed for several weeks and had no problems, the owner is super responsive.
What an amazing property! Interior was very representative of the property photos and was in very good condition. Nature everywhere. A very peaceful setting.
absolutely beautiful home, secluded feeling but at the same time not secluded. My family is close by, children and grandchildren had plenty of room to run and play, water access for wading, put in for jet ski. House is perfect, family can visit then go home (1 bedroom) Loved it!!!!
Highly recommend this property
My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. It’s very private, and surrounded by wood land. It’s a short walk to the black creek.
The bed is comfy, the kitchen has every possible amenity, and we lacked for nothing.
The owners were pleasant and easy to contact, and our experience was effortless.
Such a lovely property. We loved being out in nature. Would definitely come back in the summer so we can utilize the float and canoe. Bring lots of firewood, you will go through it quickly! Plenty of twigs and sticks though, the kids had a blast searching.
We enjoyed our stay. We found the property very clean. It was a great location for the things we had planned. The house really is a great use of space. Perfect for the 2 of us and our cat. The land has plenty of usable cleared area. We had deer, turkey, raccoons, and great bird watching. We usually stay way out in the boondocks. This was nice having 33 acres and still minutes from Publix. I recommend staying here if you’re in this area.
We had an amazing time at the Itrip Florida Treehouse! The listing was as accurate as could be. Such a beautiful place! We were able to take advantage of the canoe they had available for our use to have an adventurous time on the creek. The house is clean and extremely comfortable. In the garage there were games that our family who came to see us had a good time playing. Darts and cornhole. They even left a smores kit on the table as a welcoming gift! I would recommend this property to anybody that loves wilderness. There were several deer that would visit the property throughout the day. One thing i found convenient about this place is that although it is surrounded by wilderness, it is actually close to town. If one ends up needing anything a short trip to town solves the problem! Communication with the property owner was great. Bart and Sue were friendly and helpful. I recommend this property for a great and relaxing stay. I will definitely be back! Thanks guys!
Had a wonderful two night stay at the Tree House. We launched our boat from the boat launch on the property and went fishing along the black creek, grilled and enjoyed the scenery during the stay. If we could we we would've booked a longer stay based on the time we had.
Great location in the woods on the creek with all the necessary amenities. Inside is clean and well-kept with updated furnishings, and pet friendly is a bonus too. Bart and Sue were very accommodating hosts that responded quickly anytime they were needed. I would definitely like to stay at the Tree House again.

Could be a much nicer place to stay. It really needs a deep cleaning it has been neglected. The water was undrinkable due to the egg smell that never went away.

Hidden Gem
Wanted to take a moment to leave a review for our recent stay during the Memorial Day weekend. The location and home were a great find and a perfect place to spend a relaxing weekend on the creek. Home was very welcoming and the downstairs man cave was a definite plus. Great place to hang out, play darts and cornnhole and spend time with the family. Deer and turkeys paid us a visit, as well. Definitely plan to return in the future!
We absolutely loved our stay at the Tree House, it was so quiet and very secluded. It felt like we we're a million miles away, but so close to shopping and restaurants. It was nice to wake up with a cup of coffee on the porch and balconies and watch the wildlife walk by. (Deer, rabbits and turkey's)
We were so busy seeing the sites in the area that we didn't have time to try out the canoe and boat in the creek but look forward to it for our next stay.
We will definitley stay again
We had a wonderful time at the treehouse!
We came for a long weekend to visit with family members who live close by. Instead of us hanging out at their house… They came to spend the day with us because the treehouse property is so beautiful. We spent our time catching up around the fire pit- and on the covered porches outside. There was plenty of space indoors for us to eat meals together watch tv and play games too. We even got to bring our dog! We will definitely consider returning to this property. And we are so thankful that we chose to stay here instead of a hotel close by.
Beautiful property set back on acres of woods; this property felt like it was miles away from civilization! The treehouse was so nice to stay in, with a gorgeous kitchen, a very neat stone shower, and a cool downstairs garage area with darts and cornhole that my family loved playing with. The boat ramp was a relaxing place to fish, and we caught a couple of decent-sized catfish during our trip. One of our best moments was sitting on the upper deck looking out into the woods with our morning coffee and seeing a baby deer walk across the property. Great place to stay if you are looking for a quiet relaxing trip in nature. The hosts were amazing and were so helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely come back and stay!
I would start by saying that my experience was wonderful, the atmosphere was just what I expected, surrounded by nature, contemplating the sunrises from the balcony and the sunsets in the tranquility of the forest, not to mention the beautiful song of the birds in my mornings with a nice coffee . My experience was incredibly vivid. The tree house is comfortably designed. I would also like to add the excellent attention that Bart & Sue provides for each of my questions, thank you guys. I enjoyed every corner and of course I will return. God bless you all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Transition while purchasing our new home
My family loves the Tree House! We lived there 10 days between home sale and close. The place looks like a Las Vegas suite on stilts. It's really nice upstairs. The AC will freeze you! The man cave was perfect, our Son lived there. There is a full bath down there and a small fridge, full internet and TV. The boat ramp is in excellent shape and I got the honor of breaking in the huge fire pit! You can cook upstairs or grill downstairs. Close to Jax, St. Augustine, and close enough to Daytona and Orlando for day trips. The Florida Trail system is accessible just thirsty minutes away. Comfy beds and couches, great balcony. It's great all around. Take drinking water because the water has sulfur in it, normal but it's on a well and your coffee will be different.
You will see deer and turkeys however the 30acre property is too thick to walk through and all you can really see is the dirt road leading to the house and the clearing around the house. If you go when its warm ticks are VERY bad. Pulled several off my dog who takes meds for them and several on myself as well. It is on a creek for good fishing but if you expect to catch anything youll need a boat. The property is so thick you can only access the creek via the boat ramp, and bank fishing from that small area is tuff with the creeks small current. Place is fairly nice inside and hosts communicate via email with any issues. All in all it is a decent place but not at all worth the 5k i spent for a month. Cant see the property, fishing isnt practical from bank and the ticks made it ruff.
This is a beautiful property! We were there for a wedding nearby and were only at the location to sleep and get ready for the next day's activities for two nights. Given that, there were a few things that could have been a bit better. (1) The lights at night around the house were on a timer and went out shortly after we arrived. I believe it's set for the 'quiet time', but for us, we were just getting back and trying to wind down. (2) The well water...the sulfur had built up quite a bit in between the rentals. The property managers were quick to help us resolve the smell of the water, but it took us until day 2 to ask! FYI - run the hot water out of the water heater...we recommend doing so using all the water faucets in the bathroom, opening the bathroom window and closing the door. 3) The man cave has a different strong odor. We felt it was just based upon it being closed and no circulating air. We recommend airing it out when you arrive. 4) GPS will not get you to the property on its own, so please be sure to read and note the property manager instructions. 5) The darts for the dart board are dull :(
We do have this property noted for a future booking! Nothing listed here was significant enough for us to not return. It really is beautiful and you must give it a go!

Great Place, Woods Everywhere, Quiet
Visiting family & friends in the area - very secluded in the woods. A lot of space to hang out. Comfortable. Checked out the Man Cave - and it's great. Would be great to come back with friends. Was a great stay!
