The night staff said they don't have any way to deal with disrespectful guests. I would not stay here again! The night staff told me I could get a partial refund upon checking out, which did not happen. When I kindly inquired about the matter at the front desk, the woman became very impatient with me. I also reached out to hotels dot com the evening I departed the hotel to inquire about this matter and they also didn't even follow up with me. I'm very unhappy all around."

The bed was comfortable, no issues with the staff & they were all very friendly, breakfast was good and no issues with the parking. We would certainly stay there again without hesitation. "
