Attractive apartment on the 7th floor

Please note that a garage is included in the price until the end of December 2025.  Stay in this beautiful apartment on the 7th floor, with breathtaking direct sea views and ideally located in the heart of the city center, close to shops, charming tea-rooms, restaurants, and entertainment options. The apartment features 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed, perfect for families or groups. The tastefully furnished living room offers extra sleeping space with a sofa bed for 2 people and a comfortable spot to relax while enjoying the panoramic sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom includes a modern shower with a separate toilet for added convenience. This cozy residence, with only one apartment per floor, combines privacy, comfort, and a prime location, making it the ideal choice for a relaxing and unforgettable seaside holiday. For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other.
