Newly built construction in perfect serene area. Enjoy the surrounding beauty of nature or take a short walk and soak in the waters of Lake Michigan. Nearby breweries and wineries for the adults too. If it's too cold for the lake you can enjoy the hot tub and infrared sauna to warm you up.

The property is absolutely beautiful and everything is fresh. The master bedroom was especially nice and roomy and we appreciated the quality of the mattress. The house is located in such an interesting area that we enjoyed looking at the variety of homes. The beach is amazing. We walked to the local pizza spot around the corner and had delicious wood fired pizza. The back yard has fire pit and hot tub with a private view of the woods. It’s a great house

Wonderful Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The easy walk to the beach and the park was just what we were looking for! The hottub was very nice as well! We loved our stay and had a great time!

This house is beautiful ! So comfortable too. The first night we had planned on staying there , the area was without power. Owners were great about communicating and kept us informed . Would highly recommend this home .

This house was amazing! We’ve been coming to Michigan City for the last 5 summers and this was our favorite place by far! The hot tub outside was so nice and private- perfect for the cloudy and drizzly day we had. The pictures online really don’t do the house justice- it is even more beautiful in person! We had two toddlers with us so to make it easy, we drove to the beach and had one of the adults walk back and forth to get the car to pick the kids up. The beach was amazing- clear water, sand bars, soft sand and not crowded. We will definitely be booking this one again next year!

This house was exactly what we were looking for. Clean and modern, with plenty of shared space, plus a garage. The hot tub was an awesome bonus! Check in and out was really easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Weekend

Great stay with my brother and sister. House was great , and a great patio to relax and talk. Great pizza restaurant around the corner (Stop 50) and East Side meat market for hand cut steaks. Overall very nice, great place for a relaxing stay.

This house is a dream!

Girls weekend was a huge success with all the amenities for relaxation --- the fire table, hot tub, fireplace all hit the mark to a tee. The peaceful location was a nice break from the hustle of life.

Absolutely perfect!

The Modern Farmhouse was the absolute perfect place! Extremely clean, the house itself was beautiful, the backyard and hot tube were perfect and the hosts were fantastic! Very short drive to great places around including downtown New Buffalo. We will definitely be staying again when in the area and would highly recommend.
