9.4/10 Exceptional! (2,727 reviews)
The property is located in a nice area however that’s really the only thing. It looks nice from the exterior and the common areas. However my room had used floss stuck to a baseboard from a prior occupant. My AC did not work the entire stay. My room never dropped below 75 degrees. Housekeeping did not come once during my three day stay. When i arrived i was told there’s a 20 dollar a day mandatory fee. That was never disclosed in my booking. Also the layout is odd. You have to walk a ways down the hall to get to one of the bays which is where i was staying. I couldn’t find it at first.
All in all, I was very disappointed in my stay and I won’t be booking there again.
All in all im very disappointed

"It's very out dated. Wasn't expecting it to be that way. Stains on the carpet like huge Stains. Looks like it has the same decorations from the 70s."

"I really had a great time and can't wait to come again. Everything was superb except that the ice machine near my room was literally not there. All the other amenities were perfect. One other comment, the service on the room tv can be a lot better"
