PARKING
2 parking spaces; 2 in front along the road, please do not park in the driveway behind the house. All cars must be tagged with a parking pass.

-Must be 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay to reserve.

Professionally managed means peace of mind during your stay. Front desk associates, housekeeping and maintenance staff are nearby should you need anything during your stay. It’s your vacation, we are here to ensure you enjoy it.

4ft heated pool*, toddler pool, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.

RENTAL PERIOD
Awave From it All “Coach House” rents on its own outside mid-June through mid-August. Need a bigger space take a look at The Get Awave. Be sure to ask about our off-season specials.
This home rents with a 7-night minimum with check-in and check-out on Friday during peak season (mid-June to mid-August).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very accommodating
