Staff was great and always helpful. We saw the beach and the ocean. Beautiful. You are in the center of south beach and very enjoyable. Just walk over the Ocean drive and you are in the sany area. Best hotel we have stayed at in the Miami area!

Novotel Miami Brickell
Great service and cleanliness of the rooms. The manager is great and the female bar tender is a gem. The walls are thin though so the room next to me was having a fun time and it sounded like it was in my room. The manager quickly moved me into a quieter room!
