Villa Gaviota: heated rooftop pool & fenced yard
- Villa Gaviota is a full home for up to 12 guests in a quiet neighborhood near Fairwood Park and Colonial Drive Park. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with king and queen rooms, bunk sleeping and additional sofa sleeping space. The outdoor space includes a private heated rooftop pool available year-round, a fully fenced yard, private outdoor kitchen with oven and sink, grill, firepit, hammock, ping-pong and outdoor dining. Inside, enjoy a full kitchen, Wi-Fi and Ethernet, workspace, laundry, games and family amenities. Parking is available for up to six vehicles. Up to three pets, events, smoking/vaping and commercial photography are permitted subject to house rules. An exterior security camera is present. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM.
