Welcome to Villa Arielle! This gated home is a hidden gem and is located in the safe neighborhood of Aventura-Miami! Home is perfect for large groups & families! Villa sits on an acre of land and has high-end finishes from the polished marble floors to lux Italian furniture throughout the home -no expense has been spared. The backyard is very private with lush tropical foliage and large pool! Close to the beach, Aventura Mall, synagogues and all Miami has to offer!

We have 24 hour security cameras placed on outdoor perimeter, facing main door, and sides of home.

Home has noise decibel monitors in common areas to comply with house ordinances of the city



This gated estate is on over an acre of land and is the suitable home for small weddings and events WITH owner approval and event fee. Walking distance to synagogues and chabads. All bedrooms are on main floor except Primary Suite which is on second floor.
