Please note that building management requires approximately 10 days to process and approve all new reservations. You must provide the full names and picture IDs of all guests well in advance to ensure your approval is completed on time. Upon arrival, guests are also required to complete a brief, mandatory orientation with building management.



👉🏽 Free Parking Included – Registration Required

We are thrilled to offer one complimentary parking space for your monthly stay! We cover all monthly rates and registration fees, so parking is completely free for you. However, because the building's parking passes are strictly assigned to specific individuals and their vehicles, you will need to register your car in person upon arrival.



How to get your pass: Simply drive your vehicle to the main Universal Parking office (conveniently located 3 blocks away, just above the nearby Ross and Target) to fill out the necessary forms and pick up your physical parking pass.
