🔱Master Bedroom with walk in closet, king size bed, smart TV, private attached bathroom. Smart Lamp on night stand to charge your phone. Hangers, ironing board & iron provided.

🛌 The other 2 bedrooms are very similar - both have queen size beds with smart TVs and are smaller with a small closet with hangers. There’s a bathroom in the hallway that is shared.

🧑‍🍳Kitchen is spacious & fully equipped with a dining table for 6, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee ☕️ machine & coffee, plates, glasses, wine glasses, cooking pans, utensils provided. Paper towels, dish soap, sponge are provided.

🛋️ Living room has a desk, chair, comfortable large couch and smart TV.

🚽 Bathrooms are extremely nice and remodeled. Toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap for hands & shower, towels, hair dryer provided.

👤Shared residence. There is an attached studio - with a Private entrance on the side. Very respectful guest who is rarely there. You will have privacy!

🔝High-Speed Wi-Fi provided with comfortable chair and desk in living room in case you need to get some work done!

🅿️ Free Parking for 3-4 cars in next to white fence in front of the house.

🧺 Washer/dryer on 5+ days stay. Laundry room is outside the house in the backyard there is a small laundry room attached to the house.

Great place to stay!

I recently stayed at this VRBO home for the second time, and it was a great experience. The house was exceptionally clean, the host was highly responsive, and the location is unbeatable, offering a short drive to everywhere in Miami. Highly recommended!

Phenomenal host, outstanding experience!

Julian was a phenomenal host, check-in was a breeze, and the communication was great as he responded promptly. It was hands down one of the most outstanding experiences I've had on VRBO

Julian’s place was extremely clean and looked just like the pictures. Location was great as it was 2 minutes away from the highway and easy to get to most places.

This was a great booking I was scared at first but it was better then I expected clean brand new appliances and also host was so nice giving complementary food items as well

Very clean

Owner was very communicative through our stay. House was very clean and supplied well. I was a little concerned with neighborhood upon pulling up but had no issues while there and it was very quiet. Only suggestion I would make is to add a small overhang at kitchen door access. Made it very wet to bring luggage in during rainstorm.

Horrible

The owner is bogus he was not on time for my check in he promised a refund then said Vrbo wouldn’t allow a partial refund as if there’s no other way. Then he put in a bogus claim because he knew I purchased insurance for accidents. I have a video to prove he’s lying. Do not rent from him There’s do feces in the yard too
