Hello! Thank you for considering my listing. I am new to hosting on Vrbo, but I am a long-time Marriott Vacation Club timeshare owner. MVC properties, like this one, are absolutely lovely accommodations. I know you will enjoy it! Please book soon if interested as it will take at least 7-10 business days for Marriott to transfer the reservation to your name.

This lovely King studio, on the 1400 block, puts you within easy walking distance to the best restaurants, galleries, boutiques and nightclubs in South Beach and beach access is right across the street. Hard Rock Stadium (347 Don Shula Dr Suite 102, Miami Gardens, FL 33056) is approximately 18 miles from MVC South Beach and is a quick shot up 95.

The studio comes with a King size bed, and master bath. The unit has a kitchenette with microwave, mini frig and toaster (no cooktop/stove), living area (with sofa bed), high speed intranet and cable/satellite service, flat screen TV and complimentary access to washer/dryer in the hotel. Beach cart with chairs, umbrella and beach towels will also be in room upon arrival. Daily happy hour, freshly brewed morning coffee and live local entertainment on select nights are also amenities you will enjoy!
