Florida visit

The condo was clean and very well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Overall, a great stay condo. The valet attendants were overworked at times but very courteous and helpful. Great experience.

Great Apartment!

We had a good stay. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Pablo was very reachable and promt with responses and ensured we were okay at the apartment. Checkin and checkout process was easy and fast. I definitely would recommend this apartment and my husband enjoyed his stay.

Wonderful property, steps from the ocean

Clean, well-maintained rental, steps from the beach, with a great view from the balcony. Everything presented in person just as it did in the photos. Our host, Pablo, was very responsive to our inquiries. Check-in was a little bit clunky, as the person working the desk tried to charge us for the FOB, but luckily having read other reviews we knew to push back and it was quickly corrected. The beach chairs provided were not in great condition but we made them work. Overall it was a truly wonderful stay and we would definitely consider this place again for a return trip!

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a great stay at this property. It felt like home near paradise. The unit was clean, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and the valet was convenient. It was an easy process booking the unit and Pablo the owner was more than hospitable. Look forward to staying there again in the future.

Our stay was wonderful. The property is a minute walk to the beach and there are chairs and umbrellas available for use in the closet. The condo is perfect location between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. The condo is clean and Pablo was easy to contact and replied quickly. Would definitely recommend this stay to a friend!

We had a great 5 night stay. Very convenient location to everything you need. The beach is beautiful and is only a few steps away. 7 Eleven is right across the street for any minor needs and their are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance or a short Uber ride. Pablo was very easy to work with and the condo has everything you will need.

Great South Florida Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Easy access to beach and restaurants, which were our priorities. We enjoyed the balcony and appreciated the folding beach chairs that were in the closet. The unit was quiet enough given the urban environment which contributed to a relaxing trip. Communication with Pablo was prompt and easy via the VRBO app.

Perfect place for girls trip!

This condo was the perfect place for our girls trip! It was clean, kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy, and it was conveniently located for shopping, dining, beach access, and using Circuit Transportation. We loved the view of both the ocean & intercoastal from our balcony plus it was a great place to watch the sunset! Pool was nice & beach was just a few feet away. Pablo was very responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place.....Even better Host

My family and I rented this condo for a week in August. Great place, very accommodating to our needs with a 11 month year old. Condo is spacious, clean and has all the amenities. Central location to all shops and restaurants. Building security is good , most of all Pablo is a excellent host. There was a small issue when I got there and in no time its was corrected , Pablo was on top of the issue. I highly recommend this location.

Perfect for what we needed!

A great apartment in an AMAZING building right on the beach. The building is one of those luxury high rises you see along the Florida coast and it had all the amenities to go along with it. Pool, private path to beach, gym, rec room, etc. The inside of the apartment was very nice and the pictures were consistent with what it looked like in person. The location was also great and was within walking distance to restaurants, convienence stores, etc.

Overall experience was excellent. Accommodation is as per listing. Great location to access the beach. Condo clean and has all amenities required. A great plus to have beach towels, chairs and umbrella in unit. Walmart and 7-11 within walking distance. Check in and out was very easy and a great plus the fob was included. Pool did not get sun in afternoon but beach very accessible. Would stay here again
