We had a great stay at this property! The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and communication with the property manager was excellent throughout our visit. The kitchen was large and welcoming, making it a nice space to gather.The only downsides were that there weren’t really any pool towels available—we made do with bath towels, which worked but wasn’t ideal—and the kitchen wasn’t stocked with any basic seasonings or many essentials for cooking. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this house to others!

Overall, would not stay here again. The house was fine for what we needed, but overall is outdated and needs some work done. I opened a hall closet upstairs to look for the washer and dryer and the door completely came off the hinges. Downstairs shower did not have a curtain. The outdoor grill had to be lit manually with a lighter and the sink in the outside kitchen did not work. On top of that the pool was extremely dirty with leaves and bugs everywhere.When we arrived at 4pm, people were still cleaning the house until around 5pm and we had to ask them to vacuum the carpet once more because there were visible crumbs and dirt everywhere. Communication with Alex the host was absolutely terrible. Prior to our stay he left me on read multiple times and during our stay he did not respond when we had an issue with one of the toilets and the front door keypad. I texted him, as well as 2 other people to assist with the toilet issue because the hallway toilet upstairs was no longer flushing, and no one responded to me. We had multiple issues with the door lock on the front door not working or lighting up when we put the code in which he also did not respond to. The internet stopped working halfway through our stay and kept saying it was out of range.Mainly, I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and help we got during this stay. We had no instructions upon checkout and I heard nothing from the host after we checked in that day. Would not recommend.
